My background, passion and interest is in how we, as humans, perform. I have been privileged to have had the opportunity to grow in three distinct but very challenging environments. I have worked in elite business as a financial trader, corporate financier, CEO and Non Exec Chair. In sport I played and coached at the highest levels, including international. I further achieved accreditation in sports science, psychology and strength and conditioning from the British Association for Sport and Exercise Sciences and from the British Olympic Association. In diving I am an active explorer and teach at the highest levels of diving including cave, rebreather, deep mixed gas and more.

The synergy from these experiences coupled with my education, my past and ongoing professional development, allow me to claim a true expertise in what makes the most talented perform at their very best

Education

Master of Science by Research in Sports Psychology, BSc Hons Coaching Science, Post Graduate Cert in Research Methods. Have held accreditations in Sports Psychology, Interdisciplinary Sports Science, Strength and Conditioning in both the UK and USA including at Olympic level

I have offices in London and am lucky to be able to live and travel extensively to pursue my passion in all environments and cultures. Based in Ireland I am frequently in Asia, Americas and across EMEA.

My Journey

In my early years I combined a high performance career with my love of rugby and mountaineering. I took up diving in the late 1980's. In the 1990's I had the chance to go back to 'school' and brought together sports, professional and business expertise into a post graduate and professional education. Synergising the expert knowledge and experience from all these fields has given me a unique insight into high performance.
